Before: Our Client had a beautiful, but dated, home next to the
ocean. The kitchen was behind a
wet bar and open only to a small unused room on the backside of the
fireplace. Carpets, tile, lighting
and kitchen were in need of updating.

| Before: Broken up floor plan, small kitchen, dated look |
After: By opening up the wall between the dining room and the
kitchen, the Client can now enjoy this fabulous new Great Room. The kitchen cabinets
were replaced with Kraftmaid Westboro Maple cabinets in a Vanilla Bean color. The dated tiles replaced were replaced with
marble countertops, tumbled stone and faux brick backspash, and the
flooring was replaced with a durable hardwood.

| After: A Great Room with new flooring, kitchen and lighting |

Before: This area shows the living room and dining room. Off to the left behind the wet bar
is the kitchen which was alone as was anyone in it.

| After: Integration of family room, dining room, and kitchen |
After:
Even from the far side of the couch, you are still able to see into the
kitchen, making this a much better environment for entertaining.
Goal:
Client wanted a roomier, brighter kitchen that opened to adjoining dining area.

| Before: Unused dated wet bar. |
Result:
By removing the wall, the kitchen became roomier and brighter. The addition of this large eat in counter area is a wonderful
place for our Client to enjoy meals and to entertain.

| After: Opened up Kitchen |

| Before: Not a good viewing spot for the TV |
Goal:
As the Client is a big sports fan we were asked to incorporate a large plasma television that can be viewed by anyone
in the kitchen and dining room.

| After: Plasma on hidden tilt braket allows viewing from all areas of kitchen and dining room |
Result:
A 27" plasma TV was installed flush among the kitchen cabinets. It is attached to a pull out tilting bracket so that
it can be viewed directly from any area of the kitchen and dining room.
Goal:
The Client wanted to let go of this dated L-Shaped kitchen. Adding storage and bettering the flow of this kitchen were
desired. The Client was ready to part with the bamboo décor and moon light, for a more updated modern and sophisticated look.
| Before: Boring kitchen with limited storage. |
Result:
By integrating the small area off the kitchen this new galley shaped kitchen accommodates all of the Clients desires including:
a wine cooler, a 42" Sub-Zero refrigerator, a beverage refrigerator, a built in steamer, two sinks, a recycling center, a
27" plasma TV, and plenty of additional storage and counter space.
Recessed lighting replaced the moon light for a modern bright feel.
| After: Added storage, sophisticated look |

| Before: Tight, cramped feel , leaky French doors |
Goal:
Make use of the "dead" area between existing kitchen and French doors. Brighten far end of kitchen. Add a
kitchen preparation area that works well during entertaining with friends.
| After: Open island with sink, new French doors with sidelights |
Result:
The kitchen was extended all the way to the back French doors to increase space. The old French doors were replaced with
new energy efficient doors with sidelights and internal blinds to bring in more light. A large new island preparation area
with sink and recycling center was added to allow the cook to easily communicate with guests.
Goal: Change this boring tile
fireplace into something that fits
with the beach environment outside the nearby window.

| Before: Boring, boring, boring |
Result: Tumbled stones surrounding
the fireplace not only remind you
of the beach outside, they also match the backsplash in the kitchen. The new mantel
gives a fresh clean look
to this existing fireplace.

| After: Beautiful tumbled stones look like they have been there forever |
